Which fees does eBay charge?

For most categories a 13.6% final value fee on the whole order (item, shipping and the sales tax eBay collects) plus $0.40 per order, or $0.30 on orders of $10 or less.

Are Promoted Listings worth it?

You pay the ad rate only when a promoted listing sells. Start low (2–5%) and keep the rate below your margin, or every promoted sale loses money.
