What is break-even CPA?
The most an order may cost in ads. It is what's left of the sale price after the product, shipping and payment fee. If your ad manager's cost per purchase is below it, you're making money.
What is break-even ROAS?
How many dollars of sales you need for every $1 of ad spend. When your ROAS in Meta is above this number, the ads leave a profit.
Why price at 2.5×?
For products sold with paid ads, a price below about 2.5 times the product and shipping cost lets ad costs eat the whole profit. That's why the recommended price uses this multiple.
