You can request deletion of the data Dropvora stores about you with these steps.

1. Deleting your account and all data

Email [İLETİŞİM E-POSTASI] from your registered address with the subject "Data deletion request". We verify the request by your email address and, within 30 days, delete:

  • Your account and profile
  • Your saved API keys (Claude, Runway, CJ)
  • Your Shopify store connections and access tokens
  • Your Meta connection: access token, ad account and Page IDs, and campaign records
  • Your products, generated copy, ad videos and voice-over files

We confirm by email when deletion is complete. Invoices we must keep by law are retained for the required period.

2. Deleting only your Meta (Facebook) data

To disconnect Meta and have the data we received from Meta deleted:

  • On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Dropvora and click Remove.
  • Then email [İLETİŞİM E-POSTASI] with the subject "Meta data deletion". We delete your Meta access token, ad account and Page IDs and campaign records within 30 days.

Campaigns created in your ad account belong to you and remain in Meta; you can delete them in Meta Ads Manager.

3. Deleting only your Shopify data

When you remove Dropvora under Settings → Apps in your Shopify admin, your store's access token is deleted immediately. Shopify's shop data erasure request (shop/redact) then deletes the store record entirely. Products published to your store stay in Shopify.
