Dropshipping Supplier Stock and Price Alerts: Stop Selling Products You Can't Ship

The most expensive dropshipping mistake is selling something your supplier can no longer ship, or selling at a price that has quietly turned into a loss. Dropvora's price and stock shield watches your products so you find out before your customers do.

What it checks every day

  • Cost changes of 5% or more and at least $0.30, up or down.
  • Low stock (under 20 units) and out of stock.
  • A product or variant the supplier no longer lists.
  • A sale price that has dropped below 120% of your landed cost, so every sale loses money or earns almost nothing.
  • Stock coming back.

Fix it in one click

Each alert explains itself and offers the sensible options: take the product off your store, put it back on sale, raise the price to the .99 price that keeps your old markup, ask CJ to find the same product from another supplier, or dismiss it. Dropvora works the advice out again on the server, so a stale page can never apply a price that no longer fits.

Optional auto-pause

If you turn on auto-pause, a product that can't be sold (out of stock, gone from CJ or sold at a loss) is set to draft in Shopify by itself, so your ads stop sending buyers to it. Turning it back on stays your decision.

A weekly summary

Every Monday you can get an email with the week's supplier alerts, new products from the competitor stores you follow and the profitable picks waiting for you. It has a one-click unsubscribe.

The shield covers products sourced from CJ and needs a paid plan.
