Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between [ŞİRKET ÜNVANI], [AÇIK ADRES] · [İLETİŞİM E-POSTASI], which provides Dropvora, and the merchant using it. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is for businesses; you must be over 18 and acting in a business capacity.

Dropvora provides tools for product research, supplier matching, AI-generated product copy and ad videos, publishing products to your Shopify store and creating Meta ad campaigns. Features depend on your plan and may evolve over time.

• Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by the day.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Used periods are not refunded, without prejudice to any statutory withdrawal rights.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over; purchased credit packs stay on your account.

Services such as Claude, Runway and CJ Dropshipping run on your own API keys, and their charges are yours. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of Shopify, Meta (in particular Meta's Advertising Standards) and other providers.

We are not responsible for outages, price or policy changes of third-party services.

• AI-generated copy and videos may be inaccurate or incomplete. Checking product specifications, prices and claims before publishing is your responsibility.
• You are responsible for the products and ads you publish complying with the law, consumer rights, intellectual property rights and platform rules.
• Meta campaigns are created paused by default; the budget and spend of campaigns you activate are yours.

The daily niche product list, price suggestions and profit calculations are estimates based on public data and the assumptions you enter. They are not a guarantee of sales or returns, and you are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

• Selling or advertising illegal, counterfeit or dangerous products, or products that infringe others' trademarks or copyrights.
• Making misleading health, earnings or product claims.
• Reverse engineering the service, circumventing rate limits, or accessing other users' accounts.

The Dropvora software and brand belong to us. Rights in the product copy and videos you create are yours, subject to the terms of the images and third-party services you use.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, ad spend, or damages caused by third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or do not pay. To close your account, email [İLETİŞİM E-POSTASI].

We will email you at least 15 days before material changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of [İL] have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
